3. Walk Indian Creek Trail
This easy, accessible, free stroll is beautiful and right in Hood River. Park at the bend in the road where Betty Lou road and 2nd street meet in Hood River. Head South to see the Shushula Point Overlook. Then turn back north and go as far as you like - the trail continues toward down town another 1 1/2 or so.
